Still feels surreal knowing she’s gone.

Her death was so tragic. I can't even imagine how scared for her life and even more for her son.

she voiced catwoman in the latest animated movie and it was so bittersweet.

i was in the glee fandom from the beginning until the bitter end (for the most part) and i was most invested in naya/santana/brittana, so she's definitely been the celeb death that has shocked me and hit me the most, even if i left glee behind years before. it's still so surreal. i remember the night the news broke vividly, and those following days when they were looking for the body were so strange. i can't imagine what that period was like for her friends and especially family, and all the days after.

it's so obvious how much she was loved by her family and friends/co-stars. heather's post hit the most, it's so sweet that she got a tattoo in honor of naya. i know kevin and jenna also got tattoos for her as well. that really says a lot about how close they all were and how important she was to them.

i'm glad her family is helping each other through it and going to therapy. ryan seems to post josey a good amount, and he seems like such a happy and sweet kid, so it's good to know he seems to be doing okay.

I still remember waking up to my roomates chatting about how the Glee cast was cursed and being confused about what prompted the topic, to which one of them told me that Naya was missing. It hit me in such a weird way bc I wasn't a Glee fan nor did I particularly care about Santana aside from thinking Naya was one of the strongest actors on the show. Getting the confirmation of her death was really odd, it felt like someone I knew had died. We truly don't know what could be the one random thing/choice we make that might result in a tragedy, it's scary.
