I like everyone involved but real question: Would you work/do a project with your partner/spouse? While I met my partner at work (we didn't start going out until we left that company) I would not want to work with him today because I know I would take shit more personally than I did back then.

Short answer: Never again. It got pretty stressful when the manager would use me as bait to get my bf to do what he wanted him to (like stay late once). And then the manager repaid me by reporting me to our district staff for getting involved with my bf when we were working together just so I couldn't report that manager for him having his hands all over me when "teaching" me how to use a piece of heavy machinery.

Thankfully we're both out of that location now. But only I'm the one that's "advised" not to so much as visit there.

Probably, our company/our specific office is so big that you can very easily avoid each other if you want and everyone only reports to their own boss. There is no real intermingling so it's relatively easy to keep things clean. Once HR knows you are with someone they will also intentionally place you on different floors just to be sure.

Also there are many hot guys so I don't want to say no preemptively.
