these pages always overthink it. "pale" blogs most of the time were just covert thinspo blogs. "pale" was what "soft grunge" turned into. saying that cult party kei is a related aesthetic? noooooo

I think the closest thing I got to wearing any tumblr trends was wearing a Doctor Who shirt lol. I would take inspo from my favorite tv characters though, like I bought a shirt off Threadless that I saw Abed wear on Community, or bought a yellow cardigan that reminded me of one April wore on Parks and Rec

I still use my tumblr everyday. If you curate it well enough, it’s the most tolerable place on the internet. Also Twitter and TikTok are just rehashing the same convos we already had on tumblr anyways, and the jokes are usually better there

I love tumblr. Once I learned to block anyone who annoyed me, it's been great. I don't know anything about the ~fashions of tumblr. I like to look at gifs of girls from tv shows, videos of animals riding other animals, and recipes.

I was Hipster trash, then Vintage-Kawaii. Starpowerr was my style icon, bless her little heart. I heard she wound up having legitimately difficult mental health issues or something years later. Wherever she is, I wish her the best. Nowdays I just wear button ups/blazer suit type shit or crop 80s-90s inspired crop tops with similarly dated bottoms.
