From the countless weird posts about this family I've seen on here over the years this is definitely the least weird of them.

BUT is it safe to drink 3 year old milk? Does human breast milk not expire? I know nothing about parenting so I'm confused why the "expired" part isn't stressing everyone else out

Expiration dates are a made up concept anyway. Food spoils based on a huge number of factors and not on a timetable. It was frozen, so it was probably freezer burned but I doubt spoiled. Still gross though. And I’ve thought too much about Duggar breast milk now.

but the milk we buy has been pausterized i dont really put that in the same category as milk you just squeezed out and put in the freezer unless she did heat it before
