If one's got a juicy enough story I'm not sure a non-nefarious (i.e., purely for protection of privacy) NDA would really help either.

It basically becomes a matter of how much are they willing to pay you for the story vs how much you'd be liable for if you were successfully sued

Honestly seeing how NDAs have been used since all the shit about Harvey Weinstein came out I don’t think they should exist. They’re a get out of jail card for rich people who commit crimes against poor/powerless people.

question: lets say you sleep/party etc with a celebrity after signing a nda. you come out to the public talking about it but youre super rich so it doesnt matter the amount of money they try to get from you. whats the worse that can really happen??

True, but you don't need to tell the world either. Just kick back and have fun with the guy; no need to tell the world! I'm an old, and some of you young generation want to tell everything and it's not necessary, lol. Some memories are just meant for you.

Also, keep in mind that most of these ladies are looking for a payday--either from the star himself to STFU or from the tabs. A small portion were done dirty by the celeb and want revenge
