-For those that don't know the once acclaimed lawyer, Tom Girardi of Erin Brockovich fame and husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Erika Jayne, has been allegedly embezzling money from his clients for over the past decade.
-Erika has claimed her innocence throughout the lawsuit but due to shady paperwork w/Erikas signature many question if she knew of her husbands crimes to fund their expensive lifestyle (Erika spends 40k/month just on her Glam squad alone)
-The pairs assets have been frozen, lawfirm on the downward spiral, and home is up for sell. Erika is also currently fighting to keep many of her items of jewelry, designer bags, and clothes
-Erika/Tom are currently divorcing and Tom has been diagnosed with dementia and late-onset Alzheimer's disease ever since everything surfaced.
-The current season of RHOBH will document all of this from Erika's "perspective" while Hulu will explore it from a more critical perspective.
