the CGI looks hideous and they're trying way too hard to turn this into POTC but i'll still watch it. i love adventure movies and they're so rare. i don't have high hopes except that it will be fun to watch at the drive-in.

I am so confused about whether or not this is appropriate for the 5/6 year old crew.

I don't know the ride and am indifferent to the Rock, but i would like to take my son to see his first movie in theater this summer.

The preview makes me think that the plot would be too hard for ME to follow.
