How is this show? Is it better then the undoing?

Both good, but different...

The Undoing has an upscale NYC background and focuses on the guilt (or innocence) of one person, while Mare shows us a small working class town, with numerous people that can be guilty.

They are similar in that one episode is left and no one can really guess how it's going to end.

God yes, The Undoing was so bad. This is one of the best series of the year imo and Winslet's best role!

I should have waited to start. I binged it last week and watched ep 6 yesterday and now I have to waaaaait.

I’m convinced Lori is somehow involved, that is my main theory. But I have not erased the possibility Siobhan is somehow involved but mainly, think it’s Lori who helped kill Erin because John is the father.

I think the theory I am going to go into Sunday with is that Lori and John's son probably saw John and Erin together. Lori and John confront Erin and kill her. Billy was blackout drunk and they either convinced him he did it or he just helped move the body and THAT'S what he was about to confess.

With Dylan, I think either 1) it's simply the pic proves John is the father and they want to keep the baby or 2) there's a sex trafficking ring and Dylan was Erin's "handler" or helped procure women, and the photo would implicate him.

John also I think was involved with the other women who were kidnappef.

This is a lot of threads to tie together but I have a lot of faith in this show!

Damn, that's a lot more thoughts than I had after watching lol. I basically mostly watch with my head empty so I can't think this far ahead. But IA this all sounds very probable!
