No idea but from what read it doesn’t seem to implicate him. Maybe he actually reported her to the authorities so as an informant he won’t be in trouble? Just guessing.

Yin (Light) is the reported contract with lower earnings, the Yang (dark) contract is the contract with the most money that isn't reported to hide it from tax services.
