Eh tbf during that period that was she sending that…edge lord comments like that were treated nonchalantly.

People were very bold, vicious with their words. Everything started changing once more and more cases of kids/teens being bullied and committing suicide from it really gained public attention. Then mental health and talks of anxiety took more place in the conversation. And people really got on the whole anti-bullying stance.

That’s why a lot of people that were horrible 10-20 years ago and more are getting retrospective analysis now and getting rightfully criticized. Similar things to the Britney doc and people seeing all the sexism/misogynistic bullying Britney got:
