Since it's not actual accusation of sexual assault or domestic violence....its possible for his stuff to get overlooked. Because it could be chalked up as "childish behavior".

Although putting your dick on someone's shoulder unexpectedly would absolutely gross me out. Things like that should be counted as harassment and indecent exposure.

They put out a statement that there was a formal complaint in 2008 and he got a stern talk to cut his shit out and that was allegedly the end of his antics at least on Doctor Who and presumably Torchwood. (That would be around DW S4 and TW S2.)

ITV’s already hedging their bets by saying Barrowman’s not confirmed for the next series of Dancing on Ice so I’d suspect that the BBC may reconsider anything that’s not already been filmed (but I think s13 has been?).

It's been ages since I watched season 4 but didn't they have an ambiguous ending where one of the characters might have the same powers as Jack? I hated how American-centric the show became but if they were to go forth without Barrowman, they definitely have options.

Seasonn 13 of Doctor Who has already been filmed I believe, and if you watched last season, it's not a surprise that Barrowman is returning (and probably significant for at least an episode or 2).

I feel if they do a Torchwood reboot, they're less likely to have Captain Jack Harness

Omg I would love a Torchwood reboot. I loved season 1 & 2 because it was more adult than Doctor Who, fun and dramatic.

I'm definitely open to a new character being written in place of captain jack. Or they could really try to make the show an ensemble rather than having a direct lead
