Continuation of my note but I am really impressed with Lily's makeup! Because Pam and Lily do not have an obvious similarity other than slightly hooded-eyes.

Even Sebastian's transformation is impressive!

If no other competition comes up I think this might the be the Emmy winner for makeup!
