Following the recent sexual harassment allegations made against Noel Clarke, over 800 members of the UK entertainment industry have signed an open letter demanding change. Among the signers are Sarah-Jane Crawford, Dermot O’Leary

I’ll believe it when I see it. The entire industry is rotten and most, including women in the industry, are absolutely complicit. Part of the problem is everyone willing to look the other way and not rock the boat because they don’t want anything to get in the way of their opportunity, their career, their project, etc.
