Thanks for posting this. I saw this on twitter and I remembered people were mentioning this on Twitch when streamers were using PayPal for tips and people would purposely tip them to see their address. Also people would tip then cancel it and I think the person receiving it would be charged the amount plus a chargeback. So it could be an easy way for trolls to doxx people and cost them money in the long run
Apparently the way around the address thing is opening up a business account or using a PO Box but that always seems a little complicated to me.

On one hand its probably great for art/digital design creators and the like but I can't stand blue checkmark twitter and possibly cashing in on that.
I also wonder if this is twitter's way of completing with gofundmes? even the the limit must be smaller on twitter.
