the response definitely would have been a LOT less extreme if she wasn’t so busty, that’s for sure. i think there still would have been some discourse abt her posing in lingerie though given what a sharp turn it is from her previous photoshoot style.

Busty girls do face more polarizing opinions cause boobs are one of the most sexualized features on a woman. The butt and face can’t even complete lol.

That said I think that even if Billie was a much smaller size she’d still get commentary because she’s young, and the tomboy to sexual image.

Look at all the commentary Millie Bobby Brown gets for her outfits/stylings. She not busty like Billie but people would be up in arms if she did a post like this.

The last post has me wondering about people saying that her tomboy image was a calculated effort. I take with a grain of salt since I notice pop girls get this accusation more than the boys but we shall see.

I don’t personally think it was calculated tbh It isn’t unthinkable that she’s probably just growing out of that part of her. Maybe a bit more than what most people are used too but I have a younger cousin about her age that’s starting to grow out of her tomboy ~phase so lol
