Those look like cheek implants to me but I hope I’m wrong. Lips are just filled so that’s not permanent. Maybe a touch up of his nose and definitely some type of psycho acid peel/laser resurfacing. (I love resurfacing procedures/peels but they’re very noticeable.) The usual forehead Botox.
