When I Ball made me want to call my mom to tell her I love her. The Light (both parts) made me cry and I really hope Joba has some good support around him. Windows is SO GOOD and everyone sounded amazing! Bankroll was great and Merlyn truly shone on that track. Buzzcut was phenomenal as ever and Kevin truly outdid himself. Don’t Shoot Up The Party is absolute perfection and I loved Kevin, Matt, and Joba on it! Chain On was amazing as ever and Dom and Peggy together is something I need to see happen again. Thank you so much for this post, OP ❤️

I agree with all of these takes!

Also, after listening to the whole thing through the first time it became so clear that the album was truly Joba’s. It basically follows his thoughts and healing process throughout the entire thing in relation to his father’s passing. I could see why all of the boys said Joba was the highlight of the album, he basically WAS the album. And his vocals on What’s The Occasion? *chefs kiss*

As much as I love trippy videos this is looks so budget.

It looks like they filmed it on a iPhone 4 and put their Skillshare 3 month free trial to good use learning After Effects and basic 3D animation.

Well Kevin did say RCA didn’t really give them a budget for this album so 🤷🏾‍♀️ I like it though, reminds me of the group’s old DIY music videos

i'm pretty sure OP you're the reason I started listening to them in the first place, when you made that post about who's in Brockhampton about a year ago? :D

what a weird video lol

also on their album - took me a few listens to get properly into it but I really like it. I'll take you on is one of my fav tracks along with Don't shoot up the party! The Light (both parts) make me super sad and I really hope for the best for Joba.
The boys have helped me get over stuff in the past and funny how this album came around at a time again where I need them, if that makes sense.
