I LOVE Dante's Peak. I rewatched it recently and it didn't lose anything for me as the time passed. AND it has an epic dog scene, which is all I live for, lmao.

I just love disaster movies and I will never feel sorry for it.

I saw Dante’s Peak in a cinema with my entire school year. It was a year 8 science excursion. It was so much fun and SUCH a dumb movie.

We had an earthquake where I live a few years ago. I was the only one that felt it and no one believed me until it was on the news lol

Tornadoes scare me so spring is the worst time. Got caught in a flashflood once. That was not fun.

I've been on a huge earthquake. 8.1 richter. Destroyed cities and all... Easily one of the worst experiences of my life.

It was 2007 and i was chatting on MSN Messenger and the monitor started to shake. i wanted to walk towards the door and the entire building was jumping up and down and it made me fall. TV's fell, plates fell, the building was shaking so bad that the drawers were shook out of it's place. I had to fight my way through the stairs to leave the building and when i did a huge lightning brighten the entire sky (apparently when so much seismic energy is released it comes out as light, or at least that's what they told us.). I didn't even notice when the earthquake stopped cause my knees were shaking so bad.

Me and my friend were playing outside (sitting on the road) when we felt the earth move. We told our mums and told that wasn’t true.

They found out later wed felt the Newcastle earthquake. It wasn’t that noticeable because how far we were but with us sitting on the ground we felt it
