Thanks for this!
For March I read The Ice Palace by Tarjei Vesaas and I didn't really like it. :/ But it was easy to read and I understood what it was going for so there's that.

Great. I'm interested in The Theory of Flight and of course it's not available through Libby or Hoopla...I'll try This Mournable Body.

Ooh lovely! I still need to pick my book for April; I tried doing some research on my own and couldn't find anything that interested me, so perhaps this will help! I'll take a look.

I fudged it a bit for March; read a Norwegian author but the story was set elsewhere. Macbeth, by Jo Nesbø. It was terrible. There were times that I literally stopped to yell at it for being so bad. It's the second Nesbø book I've read and they were both awful so it's time to stop, lol.

Oh it’s ok if the story is set elsewhere if the author is a national of the country of the month. Too bad you didn’t like it though!!

Were both of the Nesbø books you read Harry Hole novels? I heard those aren't very good but I read The Son for this month and loved it.

The first one I read, The Snowman, was a Harry Hole book (I read it around when the terrible movie came out lol). But the one I just read, Macbeth, was a standalone.

But now I’m intrigued by The Son! lol
