I stopped watching Glee like 2.5 seasons in but I listened to the Showmance podcast and I loved hearing about Naya there

Glad Murphy, Brennan et all are not involved. Was there ever any repercussions for them lying about setting up a scholarship for her son?

i don't think so :/ I think Murphy just responded and said they were in the process of setting it up still:

Her fans pointed out that he's not an executor of her estate, so if the talks are going on there then he wouldn't be privy to it.
