As for good news for me, nothing much but I started fasting for Easter last Monday and surprisingly I haven't been struggling at all lol. Usually the abrupt departure of dairy/eggs really kills me but now it's been smooth sailing so far! I've also been really active at the same time so I am enthusiastic to lose a little of the pandemic weight.
