The fact that they just had a MAJOR recast and there's been no promotional material about it, no interviews with the showrunner, still using promo material with the OG actor...it's messy.

China Anne McClain did more to welcome her replacement than CW. Sis promoted the fist episode with the new actress on her Instagram, told her audience to go watch it and send her some love.

To be a writer on one of these DC CW shows you really have to a) hate comics, b) hate writing, c) hate television, and d) hate the audience.

To be fair, they hate the blond women too. They retconned the entirety of Supergirl and essentially ruined all their backstory to set up the Superman show. The racism is so obvious though, you're right.

CW wants more younger males on the network. Its the only thing that makes sense as to why if you're doing a spin off you dont do one that features Anissa or Jennifer as leads. Just do The Outsiders.
