I've been hearing a lot about people not regaining their sense of smell back right away. I had COVID in September and I still can't smell anything.

When I had it, eating just made me sad because I couldn't smell or taste anything. It was like chewing on bitter cardboard. I put spicy stuff just to feel the burn on my tongue.

There is still so much we don't know about the long-term impacts of COVID. Some people experience concussion-like symptoms months after the fact.
