i was kinda interested in watching this for Mads Mikkelsen, and because i tend to be entertained by YA dystopia, but apparently it has multiple awful animal deaths so... hard pass.

Same for Mads as well but can't because I'm emotional when it comes to animals death scene.

I was gonna ask if what happen to the dog in the books transition into the film but it probably does either way.
