I used to have that photo with her hand covering his junk as my lock screen in grade 11 😂

A lil too nefarious for catholic school

lol tattoos have nothing to do with it, and maybe they (not just his band) have to do shit tv shows to get that money still coming in since no one really buys albums anymore.

I mean... he's not wrong. There are very few (shit, maybe none?) mainstream bands anymore. I'm learning drums, and it really is kind of a dying thing because everything is electronic now.

can't tell you the last time i heard any of them on mainstream radio though, it sounds like that's what he's saying.

that honestly boils down to the fact that alt-rock stations and country stations don't play women's music. i used to do weekly surveys for radio stations, and when i would do it for alt-rock stations i would be asked a question about a female artists songs about once every month.

radio disney had a country music station for a few years and they were one of a few country stations regularly playlisting and supporting female country artists

I've been saying for years that "radio doesn't play women" and it seems doubly so for anything rock or "oldies" related. Then again, that's mostly what my partner listens to. Be it 80s or alt-rock, it's just dudes after dudes. every so often you get joan jett, madonna, cyndi, or pat benatar, but that's basically it around here. It's like 10 male songs for every female though I wonder what the actual stats are.

he does have kind of a point, but i would not call current maroon 5 a band either so.....

It's been more like Adam Levine featuring Maroon 5 for quite a while IMO.
