i guess that's cool! but like... it's always the same 3-5 superheroes over and over again, i'm honestly bored lol. aren't there some canonically black superheroes who can get their own movies instead? does warner bros ONLY have the rights to batman and superman??

Sorry, I must have read it in a way that you didn't intend. IA with all your points!

eh, I've been told before that I sound aggressive, so it's not just you. The only thing I can think of is that my 7th grade English teacher told us to never write, "I think," "I feel," or "I believe," just to figure out what we wanted to say and write it directly. She literally wouldn't let us use any kind of preface to our essays, we would get an "F" if we did.

That really formed my writing style more than I realized. So I sound forceful even when I'm just blathering.

Lol. That's fair, I remember getting that lesson as well. I still feel pretty weird writing essays where I have to state "my own opinion" and use the word "I". But I'll keep that in mind when I see your comments around so I know not to read too far into it :)

Batman and Superman are their two main characters, they're the tentpoles. From those films they can spin off other characters into their own films. They don't want to start from scratch because it's easier to sell a franchise or spin off a character than it is a stand alone film/character.

This is how they think. It may not be how you think but it's what they do. They're not known for being innovative thinkers.
