This sounds like the IRL experience of the Riverdale cast

I'm so tired of white people in movies

I lost all interest in watching this when I saw the cast. The days of watching all white or majority white anything has long past for me. Like no, they can keep that trash

I’m glad I’m not the only one. Maybe a decade ago I would’ve been cool with this, but now I’m like no, that’s way too many white people. There’s no reason there shouldn’t be more POC in starring roles.

Right? 10 years ago I thought it wasn't intentional but now I understand, the chose to not include us in their projects is absolutely intentional. I wish more of them would be like Tim Burton and just say I didn't want any Black and PoC in my shit. I'd rather have that than this "it was an oversight" "we'll do better" bs so many of them say these days

lol for real. I've wanted him to do comedy for ages but I find Apatow movies pretty hit or miss and I just don't have the energy or desire for pandemic movies.
I read the script for The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent and it's bonkers and actually could be a lot of fun so I'm hopeful for that one.
