On Day 2 of Impeachment Deux Coup the House Managers will present their prosecution arguments. They have a maximum 16 hours, with no more than 8 hours on a given day.

I can’t believe they assigned Trump such a shitty Public Defender.

David Schoen reminds you that you're disenfranchising 74 million voters if you won't let the Trump & the @GOP disenfranchise 81 million voters. #ImpeachmentTrial

I just hope this impeachment trial gets to the bottom of who riled up that violent mob waving all those Trump flags. What a mystery!

Man did you see the cheeto fool blow up on Twitter today during his second impeachment as his “lawyers“ failed to make any headway? His tweets were outrageous... oh wait. Wah-Wah. Torture for him. Blissful silence for us. Aaaah.

📝 William Belknap fmr Secretary of War (who you probably never heard of) resigned in 1876 minutes before he was due to be impeached for accepting thousands of dollars in kickbacks. Belknap argued that he couldn’t stand trial because he no longer held office. Senators disagreed and moved forward with the trial. ◀️ This was used in the argument that T45 can’t be impeached because he’s already out of office. Senator Cassidy (R-LA) was convinced that the impeachment trial was constitutional and voted with 5 other R Senators to join D Senators to proceed with the trial.

🤡 Defense attorney 1 Castor, who refused to prosecute Bill Cosby then slandered one of Cosby’s victims, rambled endlessly for 50 mins, and then later in the day said (appropo of nothing) Nebraska, you're going to hear, is quite a judicial thinking place.

🤡 Defense attorney 2 Schoen, who met with Jeffrey Epstein in jail in preparation to take over his defense, said the profoundly non-sensical words are what make up our Constitution.

Let’s go live to audience reaction after Clown1 and Clown2 opening defense statements
