Eta her voice is not impressive at all, but I can't think of another pop girl who served iconic bops AND videos AND performances.

Britney may not be a sanger (exception being PRIIIIVATE SHOOOW 😉), but her voice is iconic in itself. You immediately recognize it on a song. She's given us so many pop tunes, all accompanied with great music videos and dance routines. The white pop girls just don't deliver like that these days. It's sad. Normani could be THAT, but unfortunately she's busy being held hostage at RCA headquarters and coming for her fans after misunderstanding memes. Thank the Lord for Bree Runway - versatile queen.

I can't find a straight answer really for if that applies to re-airing commercials but even then I'd think this could fall under fair use since it is a commentary or at LEAST she could play a sample of the music. It feels weird that the visuals would be 100% allowed but the music wouldn't but could very well be.
