Ronan is (was? it was announced last year, haven't heard anything since) developing a series for HBO so I do have some hope it won't be a smear on the Farrows

They absolutely won't. The director team has done 3 documentaries about sexual assault in various industrys (military, college, music) and they've all painted the perpetrators as monsters.

if mia is in it i'll watch it with bated breath. i'm glad people who were too young to remember the depth and breadth of their relationship will get to realize and a new generation can excommunicate him. the youngins can also have a moment of "how on earth did people accept him after this????????" at their elders when they dive into how soon-yi and woody allen's "relationship" developed.
