Miss Covid's impact. I think these three episodes show how the production is so obviously affected by the pandemic that they haven't quickly retooled it for this current times. The finale of season 12 is an exception bec it truly was the most creative this show had been.

Was the new UK season filmed prior to Covid? As I honestly thought it was one of the best season openers ever. Great lineup, but just felt far more fresh than Season 13. Maybe they just have a better production team in the UK.

it was before and during covid. they had to shut down production after a few eps, then come back to finish.

Kinda guessed they weren't going to send home from last week so I wasn't shocked this week no one was going home. This group preformed so much better than the 'winner' group last week. I enjoyed their performances and their lipsync more too.

Tamisha is 49 and is a parent of 3 grown children OMG she looks good and would never guess she was closer than 50 than 40.

Finally someone goes home next week and I'm definitely ready for it.

Can't wait to watch/hear Sibling Rivalry for their commentary for this episode, love them.

They were hard a bit on Kahmora for only being beautiful and ok fair but so far Joey's personality seems to only be 'I'm edgy & I don't wear wigs, except for a lot of this after show promotional material and into the work room for the first time'. Filler queen indeed. I hope Kahmora can have that breakthrough moment tho

you know she won't lol she's that type of pageant girl who thinks she's hot shit just bc she's pretty (citation needed) and completely lacks charisma and actual stage presence. A Jaida Essence Hall she ain't, I'm hoping she's the first eliminated tbh. I figured this was what was going to happen. I think the pork chop thing was so separate the queens into groups so it’s not all of them because of covid. Ofc they picked a shitty way to do it. Tamisha is a star and I really hope she’s one of the top 5.

I watched the new UK one and does else Awhora *cough*Adore*cough* is racist af or am I wrong? That being said, I love the queens this season on UK except her tbh.

I felt the same about A'Whora and a lot of people confronted her on social media about it, but Tayce, Asttina, and Tia all immediately came to her defense. She definitely didn't come across great on the first episode though.
