I just read an article by Robert Evans from 5th Jan talking about how Trumpers were planning to rally in DC on 6th Jan. He monitors right wing internet so clearly this was all being planned out in the open. The FBI has to have known about it too, so... what? They just figured they’d go with the flow and see what happens?

Yeah, it's so fucking wild especially because the FBI has labeled these people as domestic terrorism threats. Some contributor on MSNBC/Peacock said that there were even people on Instagram talking about storming the Capitol. I don't know how this can be explained other than people in the FBI/DC police departments knew and just didn't care because people in those agencies agreed with the terrorists.

Lol, ONTD doesn’t watch. I enjoy your write ups but I never watch the videos because it drives me nuts the way they talk over the top of each other (mostly Meghan, lbr).

But yeah, it’s only blind luck that staff and congresspeople weren’t hurt or even killed. So much more could have gone wrong. I hope there’s a thorough investigation but as if there’s ever any repercussions for cops. 🙄
