Tbh I love Steve and I’m in the minority I know. But I’ve liked him since his early shows and I love him as Alan.

I love Alan Patridge and although he is a mess, he seems like a really nice guy and has good politics too (which is almost unheard of among British celebrities, which are generally the worse)

it took me a while to realize that, for years, i had been listening to a demo version of the album, and i prefer a lot of the takes on that. that rant at the end of "sunset strip" (which i also like) flows much better than the official version.
