I'm so glad that she talked to someone and is okay. I also really appreciate that she shared this. Her description of anxiety resonates with me big time. It can be a living nightmare.

I feel that. I remember when people started to panic buy as early as January, videos of people dropping down in the street was falsely shared online and then when the UK hit 1000 deaths in a day my brain went into legit overdrive. All I could think of was disaster movie scenarios happening. It’s bad but now I barely blink when I see 500+ deaths a day on the news, it’s just another day in hell.

I am so glad she had a friend she trusted to reach out to and is in a better place. I think it’s super important that she’s sharing this as well, because I think a lot of people are struggling in a way that doesn’t get really talked about too often

I'm glad she's being open about this. So we can start to have this conversation and about the mental health crisis bomb that is going to explode soon. She isn't the only one. It's a pandemic of its own.
