Ummm...I don't know if diet culture is a thing, but if she is promoting detox juices like the Kardashians, she should be criticized for that

There's healthy eating habits that can be considered the main structure of dieting.

Then there is starvation, which is what these juice only detoxes are.

If 90% of legit healthy and responsible dieting is not working, as you reference, then that seems to be a user problem.

Getting physically fit and healthy responsibly is considered to b a negative now?

Y'all can down react all you want, but don't be a coward and provide an educated rebuttal.

Nothing I wrote was a lie.

All detoxes are pretty much a scam, right?

yep, theres mild anecdotal evidence that ppl 'have more energy' after doing them or w/e but theres no real science to back it up

"More energy" is easily explained by them going back to a normal diet after feeling like shit for a week lol

Yes. If your liver and kidneys are functioning, boom, there's your detox. That's all you need.

People need to learn how to eat well instead of doing detox plans.

I heard about those smoothie shops being herbalife fronts! I haven't seen one around yet tho, and will continue to stick with my unsweetened jasmine tea from the tea shop.

I mean I’d respect it more if she said she was going to start eating cleaner (more veggies, lots of water) or said she was giving up pop or fast food or something. That’s something I can get behind and would 100% support her for.

Detoxes are not the way though boo boo...

She posted for a while a lot about being vegan the meals she ate on tik tok. From what I remember there was a lot of veggies. Or at least that's what was on my FYP from her.
