Smokey still handsome. I remember going to see him live in 1994 and some aunties were seated near me gushing over him and they were surprised by my fawning over him too lol. We were all at the church of Smokey that night.

I probably wouldn't know how to pronounce Chanukah correctly either tbh. I typically hear it and see it as Hanukkah.

So I have seen it as Chanukah written out, but I've never seen anything with people saying that word instead of Hanukkah. Are they pronounced the same?

They're pronounced the same, yeah. It's basically transliterating Hebrew letters differently.

it's pronounced the same, it's just that the CH denotes that the tongue should be against the pharynx.
