It's been like 5 years and I still remember the ending to It's Such a Beautiful Day clear as day. I would love to see Akira in a theater one day.

Not legally, though I think I saw Persepolis on Netflix (
Mind you that was about 3 years ago.), and Angel's Egg was on Youtube for a while.

im not sure if youre in america or if your country has something similar - but Kanopy has a few of these films on there. Kanopy is the streaming service connected to participating public library accounts. so check what your local library provides! Tubi also has some of these (unsure if america only or not)
