Kid Cudi's new album is so good!! I've listened to it all the way through a few times now, and it's hovering near no-skip status for me. Love the song with Phoebe + this one the most.

i have to relisten to parts one and two before i check this out. very curious to hear what the song with phoebe is like, as well as the one produced by tame impala (i believe it's "dive"?).

i LOVE evermore tbh though ia that some of the songs could probably have stayed as b-sides. "no body, no crime" is the kind of TIME TO MURDER A MAN song that i've needed to finish off the year strong.

also really love "ivy" (!!!), "marjorie," "willow," "gold rush," "tolerate it," and the title track.

I was waiting for a big climax to build off the ominous tension building with HAIM's background vocals like her just wailing "NO BOOOODY NO CRIIIIiiiiMMMEeee" y'know???

I listened to evermore, then to the new album from Pablo Alboran, then rereleases from Frightened Rabbit, Deftones, and David Bisbal. I have the flu or something and so my friend stopped by to put an inhaler, a box of tramadol, and a little nug of weed through my letterbox. It’s been so long since I used my budbomb I couldn’t get the bowl bit off and had to roll a tiny, straight green joint instead. Since it’s been months since I had weed I got reeeeeal high and I collapsed on the couch and gave evermore a third listen and fuck, yeah, it was perfect. It was floaty af music to be stoned to. Despite the flu, I had a real sweet day.

I’m listening to Yerin Baek’s new album and I’m loving it so far. My dramatic ass just gasped 2:30min into Ms. Delicate. So good. I’m grateful I randomly discovered her music this year.

Okay I finished listening to the whole album twice and I feel personally attacked by almost every bridge on this album. The way she summed up my anxieties on friendships and being a friend whew what a ride.
