Billboard's 2020 "Women in Music" event took place last night, featuring performances from Chloe x Halle and Dua Lipa, as well as appearances by Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, Bernie Sanders, Maluma, and Tamika Palmer (Breonna Taylor's mother).
