That's the one Chris Rock hosted right? I remember those promos too lol and that it was on Sept 9 1999 because all the ads had 9.9.99 in HUGE writing.

I remember being so excited for promos each year, the new photo shoots of my faves. Seems like a different world now
WB’s Oh What a Night is a classic and for some reason I totally remembered the CW’s Free to Me colour scheme
