Asking for It is fuuuuuucking great. And she nails those notes.

I also feel like Plump doesn’t get enough recognition. The guitar is raw, and I always appreciated the lyrics because it was rare to see such feminine rage and frustration with the expectations on what we should look like in music. My teenage self felt noticed.

The whole 'Celebrity Skin' album is still perfection to me. If my life was a movie that album would be the soundtrack for my 8th grade year. I listened to it every day.
