Several of these sound good!

I haven’t watched a ton of stuff lately. I did watch We Are Who We Are and I don’t know if I liked it. I’ve also been watching Soulmates. That one I do like. Some aspects of it make me think of Black Mirror. Oh and on Halloween I watched We Summon the Darkness. It was not what I expected at all. But it was ok.

lol, I also watched We Are Who We Are and feel similarly! I love Luca's work in general, and I love how it explored identify and belonging in a way you don't really see on TV. But it felt a little too aimless and stylized for me at times in a way that felt emptier than it should have, plus I fucking haaaaaated Fraser - he got slightly more tolerable over time, but not by much.

I thought it was filmed beautifully and I also liked how it explored identity & all. [Spoiler (click to open)]I liked Fraser & Cait’s friendship & think they are cute together and I know that people’s feelings and the way they identify changes. But I felt like the ending was kind of too convenient or like a cop out. This whole time Cait has wanted to be a boy and, from what I can tell, has been into girls. And Fraser obviously had a thing for Jonathan (I was scared there for a bit btw) and seemed interested in that kid in the finale. Obviously I know bi people exist but it just seemed kinda random for them all of a sudden to get together. Also, I’m not sure I liked any of the characters all that much to be honest. Well, Cait maybe lol

I saw a clip or trailer for this on twitter and somehow they managed to get Eva topless for an astronaut story and I immediately checked out lol

Let Him Go looks great. Too bad cinemas are closed here, I don't know when we'll get some new movies.
