Do white americans ever think abt how their grandpa, great grandpa, great aunt, etc and other relatives were probably in the KKK or sympathetic to it?
Do yall talk to them abiut the positions they took as a younger person... the evolution of their politics?

But what I know about some of them, I wouldn’t have been proud of the answers. My dad is the middle child of five, he was born in 1941, and I can’t remember if it was him or one of his brothers, but they took the class out of school to see a body of a black man that had been extra-judiciously killed by the local police. So fucked up.
