I’m gonna just ignore Wheezy and say it is unfortunately common for those who were in jail to be mislead about their rights after release, which very much includes their voting rights. It doesn’t surprise me that someone told Offset he couldn’t vote and that he believed it (especially since I think in some states that’s true?), but I hope this will encourage his fans to look into their own rights and understand where they actually stand.

Yep. Black men remain the weakest link. If DT was serious about helping the black community, he would have been doing something about it from the jump; not working with a bunch of asshole rappers and entertainers on this “platinum plan” during the final stretch of his re-election campaign.

The fact that Trump is pandering to entertainers, rappers, and “clergymen” as if they speak for all of black America is insulting itself and also says a lot about what he thinks about African Americans.
