AM announce release of album recorded at Royal Albert Hall. All proceeds will go to War Child UK

Arctic Monkeys are set to release a new album, but it's not AM7. Instead, they will be releasing a live recording of their 2018 show at London's Royal Albert Hall. The album will be out on December 4. All proceeds from the album will go to War Child, as explained in the tweets below.

Such a good cause. I used to stan hardcore and completely forgot why I stopped lol. Seeing them live was one of the wildest shows I've been to.

Damn, I ran to this post thinking they were releasing a new album.

I saw AM at the Hollywood Bowl in 2018 for the first time and it was a religious experience being able to hear/scream along to 505 and Do Me A Favour.

I saw them twice when they were touring for AM and they were both great shows. The third time they were touring for the last album and I’m happy they chose not to play too much from it lol. Definitely some of the best shows I’ve been to!

omg im a bad fan i had no idea what you were talking about thinking AM was the last album but i totally forgot about tranquility base hotel & casino lmao. and im pretty sure i also saw them when they toured for that too. i havent even bought the vinyl for it yet, will need to do so along with this.

That's very cool of them! Arctic Monkeys are a band that I've never properly gotten into but every time I hear a song from them I'm like why haven't I?
