Are they... still friends? Otherwise, I can't imagine what she could testify about that would be relevant at this point.

Oh my, he is just desperate to make her the bad one. That's pathetic - fits him.

I was like damn, Winona Ryder??
The last time she's been to court was...

Meanwhile, this custody dispute is still going. Brad wants to his (bio!)kids in LA, where are the Jolie and the kids now?

She seems to have houses everywhere but the articles I saw in 2019 said she was basing where she lived off of where Brad was so the kids could see him. idk if it was court mandated because she made it seem like she had to do it and wanted to move out of America.

I can’t believe it took 4 years for this trial to happen. They filed for divorce in 2016.

angie's lawyers call maddox and it's game over. brad got drunk and abused his wife and Mads wasn't here for it. brad thought he could lay hands on a child, and angie bolted.

fuck brad pitt forever.

I'm sure she doesn't want her son involved in that way which is sad. She clearly wants to do this without putting her kids in the position to testify against him.

He's 19 now, so could he ask her lawyer(s) to make him a witness? He doesn't need parental permission anymore, or does Angie have to agree to it as well?

Yeah, she's most likely putting the kids first. If she really was some manipulative monster, she would have gone on some exclusive TV interview with the eldest kids telling their story.
