John Mellencamp’s daughter is under fire due to her “All In by Teddi” fitness plan. Former participants claim that the program restricted them to just 500 calories a day and required an hour of cardio. Social media influencer Emily Gellis Lande, who previously called out the F-Factor diet, reposted screenshots on Instagram of the allegations and a Reddit thread surfaced with a screenshot that claimed participating in the program required signing an NDA.

[TW]“I did this program and it was a nightmare," one anonymous person revealed to Gellis. “You have to send photos of your weight and each meal and proof of your 60 minute cardio workout everyday. You cannot drink alcohol or you are immediately dropped from the program with no refund. I calculated the calories to be 400-500 per day... I would text my accountability coaches that I was starving and they would just tell me to drink more water.”

Another person alleged that when she added carrots to one of her meals she was “told that in the future it needed to be a green vegetable because carrots have too much sugar.”

Several other women allegedly told Lande that they were only allowed a cup of soup for dinner.

Another anonymous account revealed screenshots between the user and the accountability coach where they sent in a scale photo saying, “I didn’t get around to cardio last night, I’m sorry, I had a paper due...” The coach replied, “You owe me the extra and if it happens again I have to let you go rules are rules.”

Hey @TeddiMellencamp , let’s hold YOU accountable.

Your meal plan is dangerously low in calories and no one needs to do cardio for 60 mins 7 days a week w/o rest. This is an eating disorder.

Sincerely, dietitians who work with eating disorders (our workload is heavy enough)
