Because I'm a sick human, I looked at 45's Twitter. In the middle of a pandemic with the west coast on fire, multiple tropical storms threatening the east coast, and civil unrest, he uploaded and pinned a video of him talking about football. Football. I'm not the biggest fan of Biden or Harris, but can we PLEASE all just agree to do the country a solid, and vote for them to get him out of office?! I am SO DONE.
Also, did everyone see the town hall moment where the mediator called him out for his quotes and promises during his campaign? And the lovely, powerful black woman who cut him off for trying to interrupt her? The mediator was also hilarious; "So, you said you'd have a better plan than the Affordable Care Act, and a health plan for all in place within 2 weeks." 45: "It's done. It's ready. It's done. It's just waiting." Watching him interact with people who aren't paid to stroke his ego is entertaining AF. He literally does not know how to react or function. And you can see the rage in his face. So, so different than when he's standing on a stage in front of a bunch of MAGATS.
Players are being found to have heart problems and they're going to be made to play. The NCAA is more than fine with sacrificing young football players, a lot of whom are Black, all for money. It's sickening.
I'm reaching the point that I hate her so much,(and I know her dad was a PoS and had actual power not just an illusion of it, and therefore he was the more dangerous of the two, for society) that i want to channel Pa Cox, and say the wrong McCain died.
Update: A spokesperson for Sen. Murphy says he "remains a strong advocate for ... access to abortion" but voted for McGlynn b/c he is "well-qualified + within the judicial mainstream.”
McGlynn was a member of group that describes itself as “working to end abortion” since 1973. - Jennifer Bendery (@jbendery) September 17, 2020
So much wrong with @SenatorDurbin and @ChrisMurphyCT voting with the GOP on Trump's anti-choice judicial nominees that it's hard to know where to begin. These actions are not comity as old guard would have you believe. They are complicity. https://t.co/gZFAEhtD8T - ilyseh (@ilyseh) September 17, 2020
Republicans ain’t shit but I wouldn’t mind having Ana Navarro replace her, I know the second Joe Biden wins she’ll go back to her same attacks on Obama/Biden presidency
Yeah, I really don't get why all Democrats aren't getting on Medicare for All. Like, this pandemic is showing that having your health insurance tied to your employment is not a good idea at all when a significantly large number of people lose employment.
that's my biggest complaint with biden. and i know if trump stays there won't be a country to try and save. i know the arguments that we've now destroyed the economy so much we can't afford it now, but just start taxing the billionaires, and reduce military spending down to the minimum since the entire globe is going to be recovering from this pandemic for years. ain't nobody got time for that shit.
