Asking the question is answering it.

Yes, yes it does. I totally forgot about it and the fact that they sank a billion into marketing and content solidifies it.

I pay for subscriptions to a lot of streaming services, but I cannot see the value in this one at all. The only things I've had any interest in from CBS All Access were the Star Trek and Twilight Zone shows, but that's not enough to make me sign up for a new service, and these offerings don't entice me any further.

HBO Max is great because I was already paying the same amount for regular HBO, and now there's a bunch more movies and shows for the same price, plus I typically like whatever new shows HBO is airing. I just don't see the same value for some of these other services, this one and Peacock Premium being the first two that come to mind. And I just recently cancelled YouTube TV because of their stupid high price hike. Streaming is way too competitive for subpar offerings to last very long.

My brother pays for Netflix and i pay for Amazon Prime video but i don't see myself buying more subscriptions for streaming services, i'm actually trying ton convince my brother to cancel the Netflix one and buy the HBO max because HBO gives quality tv 70% of the time, Netflix has been crap lately

People are just going to pirate things, it's already happening

i currently have:

-netflix, i pay + and my parents and sister use my account
-crave (canadian HBO max basically), my parents get it through their internet
-disney+, my sister gets it through her internet
-prime, my parents pay
-apple+, got a free year with my phone but won't renew

everything else i pirate. i wouldn't pay for disney+ but would probably pay for crave if my parents cancelled theirs, unsure on prime.

I have

Netflix
Amazon (I don't pay)
HBO Max (I still have cable so it's free)
Hulu (shared with friends)
Disney+ (my friend got a free year so nobody pays, but probably not gonna renew)
Apple TV (free for a year, not worth renewing)
Shudder (I pay for this bc it's cheap and I love how organized it is and also I love horror movies)
Criterion (A present I renewed bc I love their selection)

So I feel like I have most things covered. Do I wish I had more niche subscriptions specifically Acorn TV to watch old ladies solving murders? Yes but I can p*rate them if I care enough lol. I do with HBO Max was more organized though bc I feel like I'm missing out on stuff but I'm also too lazy to scroll through the "all movies" tab.

I think in general network tv is going to struggle with their streaming services except the ones that are attached to studios with a lot of built in fans and content like Disney.

...why are they bringing back The Game? I'm so confused. Also non of those shows sound interesting.

I currently have CBS Access to rewatch old seasons of The Challenge but it’s gone once I’m done with that.
