Aaron Sorkin’s long-gestating depiction of the trial of activists accused of inciting riots at the 1968 Democratic National Convention. Originally conceived in 2007 as a Steven Spielberg film, it eventually got made with Sorkin himself in the director’s chair.

Lol. This... is not so different than what was happening in the Chicago streets last month. LOL. ugh.

(However, I'm not crazy about Sorkin telling stories like this tbh... let alone direct it himself.)
